Economy

With a flourishing economy, Norway is a perfect example of a mixed economy.

The government retains control of strategic sectors such as petroleum. Privatisation is now increasing with electricity being sold recently to private owners. Oil and gas are the most important exports from Norway.

Norway is more expensive compared to the UK. In fact, Oslo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. It is better to use kroner for daily expenses.
