Udaipur Solar Observatory is the singular solar observatory in Asia. This is built on an island in the midst of Lake Fatehsagar. This is one of the six sites that comprise the Global Oscillations Network Group.
The Wild Life Sanctuary (known as the Kumbhalgarh Sanctuary) has an area of 578 square kilometers and the height above sea level varies from 500 to 1300 meters. The wild life of this place comprises of jungle cat, jackal, hyena, sloth bear, leopards, wolf, hare, chinkara, the four horned antelope, nilgai and smabhar.
Nehru Garden is a beautiful park that is spread over an area of 41 acres. It is located in the midst of Fateh Sagar Lake. This park is named after the first Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru.
Jagdish Temple : this temple of Jagannath Rai is a major tourist attraction. The construction was completed in 1651 under Maharana Jagat Singh Ist.
